Our 9 weeks summer fitness camp is designed to improve the athletes endurance, speed, agility, strength, power, flexibility, balance and tactical skills. It targets most team sports such as hockey, soccer, basketball, football, ringette, volleyball etc.. Over the past few years Fitcamp90 has offered a quality programming facilitated by committed staff that teach, inspire, entertain, and create lifelong memories and friendships within a flexible program designed to meet each individual needs.
