Our Sets & Reps program is designed to build endurance, strength, power, resistance, core and balance using a variety of equipment to hustle through dynamic workouts designed to intensify your training and get results fast.
Every day the workout is new and challenging. All sessions are done indoors at Fitcamp90. You will never get used to the same workout.
